For so long we have been told what our path should look like, what society expects from us, how a 'good girl" must behave according to societies rules. 

Yet, it's left us feeling disconnected, chasing a flawed vision of success filled with gaps everywhere! We question ourselves, our choices, our environment? Interrogating ourselves, "Did we take the wrong turn at the wrong time, are we even enough? "

The answer is not as clear as one sentence 'on purpose', it's more of a discovery, an unfolding, a reclaiming of who you are, what you enjoy, what creates excitement within you and following this 'bliss' as a light beacon into the distant unknown shores...

Its about loving yourself unconditionally, unapologetically, claiming your pleasure as a 'state of being' not a destination to reach!

Module 2/5:The Body Returns - The foundations of Flow 

Before we are able to take on the world and build abundance, nurture love and create resourceful communities, we first want to see what is lurking in the shadows, to understand what cobwebs are so deeply woven into our sub-conscious, that even we are blinded to them? 
This awareness is the first step into your journey of unfolding and blossoming into the full expression that you are. 

As much as your shadow can be scary and daunting to dive into to, it is an important part of your story. Its important to recognize that this 'shadow' has been our ally, our friend; the part of us that 'kept us safe' based on what we knew or understood of the world. 

Shining a light on the shadow is also revealing to it,  how you can now keep yourself safe and that its ok for this outdated programme to go- it completed its job! Fighting it at this point will only keep you more stuck for longer as it shows you still need it, the key is to be grateful and release it with love.

We have heard it before many times, 'The Body keeps score" , if you get stressed/ depressed with no outlet, you are welcoming disease ( 'dis- ease' ), yet we continually push ourselves beyond our limits, not realizing the 'pressure cooker' we are creating within ourselves, that will one day boil over and 'explode' into fragmented pieces, making a mess that of coarse we have to clean!

The body does keep score, it holds your tension in pockets, places throughout your muscles or bloodstream or organs depending on what it is. 

To release this tension and start to get your body into a state of flow, you can begin with light controlled movements combined with effective breathework. 
These movements support you to guide your body back into harmony, to align your energy centres, so that this dynamic source frequency is able to easily integrate and move effortlessly to where it wants to go to keep you in your optimal health.
